Child & Adolescent Therapist
Our team is seeking a dedicated and compassionate licensed therapist to support clients through evidence-based therapeutic practices. The position includes working with individuals, couples, and families facing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will help clients strengthen coping skills, improve emotional resilience, and achieve personal growth while providing a safe, respectful, and empowering therapeutic environment.
About role
As part of our clinical team, you will offer compassionate therapy services grounded in evidence-based practices. The role includes assessing client needs, designing tailored treatment plans, and supporting emotional and behavioral health through effective therapeutic methods. You will maintain a safe, welcoming environment where clients feel heard and empowered, while also monitoring progress and coordinating care with other professionals when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions in person or online.
- Assess clients’ mental, emotional, and behavioral needs, and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s goals.
- Apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and other modalities to promote emotional well-being.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential client records, documenting progress, session notes, and treatment outcomes.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 5 years of experience providing individual, couples, or family therapy
- Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
- Ability to create a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment for clients.
- Comfortable conducting sessions both in person and online using teletherapy platforms.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate client records and treatment plans.
