Licensed Mind Therapist
We are seeking a compassionate and licensed therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide professional, evidence-based therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, helping clients manage emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges, foster personal growth, develop coping strategies, improve overall well-being, and create a supportive, safe, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
About role
As a licensed therapist at our practice, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families. You will assess client needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and use proven therapeutic techniques to support emotional, behavioral, and mental health. The role involves creating a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard and empowered, tracking progress,and collaborating with other professionals when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions in-person or online.
- Assess clients’ mental, emotional, and behavioral needs, and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s goals.
- Apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and other modalities to promote emotional well-being.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential client records, documenting progress, session notes, and treatment outcomes.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 5 years of experience providing individual, couples, or family therapy
- Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
- Ability to create a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment for clients.
- Comfortable conducting sessions both in-person and online using teletherapy platforms.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate client records and treatment plans.
