Mindfulness Therapist
We are seeking a compassionate licensed therapist committed to providing ethical and evidence-based therapy. The ideal candidate will work with individuals, couples, and families to address emotional and mental health concerns, encourage personal development, and strengthen coping skills. This role emphasizes creating a supportive, non-judgmental environment that allows clients to feel safe, respected, and confident in their therapeutic journey.
About role
As a licensed therapist, you will play a key role in supporting clients’ mental and emotional well-being. You will assess client needs, implement personalized treatment plans, and utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques. This position emphasizes creating a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment, monitoring client progress, and collaborating with other professionals to provide holistic care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions in-person or online.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and other approaches.
- Assess clients’ mental, emotional, and behavioral needs, and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s goals.
- Apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and other modalities to promote emotional well-being.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential client records, documenting progress, session notes, and treatment outcomes.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 5 years of experience providing individual, couples, or family therapy
- Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
- Ability to create a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment for clients.
- Comfortable conducting sessions both in-person and online using teletherapy platforms.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate client records and treatment plans.
