Wellness Coordinator
We are looking for a compassionate, licensed therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families. This role focuses on helping clients navigate emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges, develop effective coping strategies, and support personal growth. You will create a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout their healing journey.
About role
As a licensed therapist at our practice, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals, couples, and families. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, creating individualized treatment plans, and applying effective therapeutic approaches to address emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns. You will foster a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental environment, monitor client progress, and collaborate with other professionals when appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions in-person or online.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and other approaches.
- Assess clients’ mental, emotional, and behavioral needs, and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s goals.
- Apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and other modalities to promote emotional well-being.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential client records, documenting progress, session notes, and treatment outcomes.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 5 years of experience providing individual, couples, or family therapy
- Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
- Ability to create a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment for clients.
- Comfortable conducting sessions both in-person and online using teletherapy platforms.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate client records and treatment plans.
